PURION 500 Pro PURION® 500 Pro ================= **PURION® UV systems are characterized by an extraordinarily high disinfection performance with a compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.** ![](https://www.purion.de/fileadmin/_processed_/5/4/csm_PURION_500_abf92fac6d.png) The PURION® 500 PRO system is available in electropolished stainless steel. It is used for the disinfection of process water and emulsions for flow rates of up to 300 l/h and a transmission (or turbidity) of the water of at least 20% per cm. The UV lamps used are characterized by a long service life, high disinfection performance and low energy consumption. They can be supplied with either 230 V/50 Hz or 12 V DC, 24 V DC and 110 V/60 Hz. The compact design allows easy and tool-free lamp removal and lamp replacement, for example at the end of the lamp's service life. The quartz immersion tube can also be removed or fitted without tools for cleaning purposes. The water to be treated flows through the housing and is directed along the quartz immersion tube in which the lamp is mounted.
