The Fraunhofer Institute Ilmenau reports in the current press release on the joint research project with PURION on UV-LED-based capsule disinfection

The innovative UV-LED-based capsule disinfection enables the safe disinfection of up to 100,000 beverage caps per hour. In addition to the press release by Fraunhofer, information on this development has been published in various other media.
