PURION® POOL 80 PVC-U

PURION® UV systems are characterized by an extraordinarily high disinfection performance with a compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.

The PURION POOL 80 PVC-U system is an integrated concept consisting of filtration and UV-based disinfection of the pool water. It is used to sterilise circulating water from pools.

The upstream filter unit with ‘top mount’ 4-way valve consists of a polyethylene filter tank filled with activated filter granulate made of special quartz and a centrifugal pump. A pre-filter removes any existing turbidity from the water. The subsequent UV-based disinfection prevents biological activity - in particular the formation of algae.

Compared to conventional chemical water treatment, up to 95% of the chemicals used can be dispensed with. The disinfection unit can be equipped with a lamp life monitoring system (OTC).

The PURION UV lamps used are characterised by a long service life, high disinfection performance and low energy consumption.

The compact design allows easy and tool-free lamp removal and lamp replacement, for example at the end of the lamp service life.
