PURION® POOL 80 PVC-U
PURION® UV systems are characterized by an extraordinarily high disinfection performance with a compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.
The PURION POOL 80 system is an integrated concept consisting of filtration and UV-based disinfection of pool water. It is used for the sterilization of circulating water from pools.
The upstream filter unit with a "top mount" 6-way valve consists of a polyethylene filter tank, filled with activated filter granules made of special quartz, as well as a self-priming Speck Badu Magic II 11 centrifugal pump. A pre-filter eliminates any potential turbidity in the water. The subsequent UV-based disinfection prevents biological activities – especially algae formation. Compared to conventional chemical water treatment, up to 95% of the chemicals used can be dispensed with. The disinfection unit can be equipped with lamp life monitoring (OTC).
The PURION UV lamps used are characterized by a long service life, high disinfection performance, and low energy consumption. The compact design allows for easy and tool-free lamp removal and lamp replacement, for example at the end of the lamp's useful life.
